The consultation form asks for your name, email, company, a description of the task, and an optional phone number. Please do not include passwords, financial records, or confidential customer information.
Why we use it
SOLA VIA LLC uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and forward it to solaviallc@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains form submissions for 30 days. Email is handled by Google Gmail; records received by SOLA VIA remain in its mailbox until removed.
